*ELECTRIC
The Shutter Bus will need to have at least one electrical outlet in somewhat close proximity to the bus (100 ft.)
*SETUP
The bus requires about 1/2 hour set up and 1/2 hour to take down. This time is not taken out of your package choice.
*TIME FRAME
Please make every effort to let your guests know our start and end times. We're trying to avoid that look of disappointment when one of your guests comes and asks if they can get their picture taken after we've been packing up for 20 minutes.
*CANCELLATION POLICY
For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding or event date, Shutter Bus L.L.C. will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. However, if the client requires to change the wedding or event date, we will do our best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within six months of the original event date. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
*KIDS
Small children must be accompanied by an adult. We hate having to make this request, but we could tell you horror stories.
